ChartQ (the "Company") provides the Korean word puzzle Kyul (결) and its related website (the "Service"). We value your privacy and comply with applicable privacy laws, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what information is handled and how.

The Service can be used without creating an account, and we do not collect directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number as a rule. The following may be generated or collected automatically while you use the Service:

2. How We Use Information

3. Retention Period
- Automatically collected information: deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled
- Inquiry records: retained for 3 years after resolution as required by applicable e-commerce law, then deleted
- Game progress data: stored only on your device and deleted when you uninstall the app
4. Third Parties and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information or share it arbitrarily. The following providers may process information in the course of operating the Service; their own privacy policies also apply.

5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by contacting us below; we will act without delay. You can also reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If we learn such information has been collected, we will delete it without delay.
7. Security
We handle only the minimum information necessary and apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and least-privilege access.
